Mid Year Cleaning

As with all surfaces associated with aquatics facilities, there is bound to be a buildup of residue if left alone. Six month intervals of cleaning internal components ensures maximum amount of dosage (measure in millijoules) by removing all residue buildup within the UV generator. During this process a careful inspection of internal components is performed; while replacing seals vital to maintaining chamber integrity.

Annual Overhaul

Lamps and bulbs of all types degrade over time. UV lamps are no exception to that rule and will generally need replacement every 8,000 to 10,000 hours(~1 year) of service. An annual overhaul will include replacement of old lamps, a complete system inspection, cleaning, and seal replacement.

Biennial Overhaul & Quartz Replacement

With the passing of two years, it is recommended that all quartz elements be replaced. In addition to the quartz; lamps, and seals will also be replaced. As always a complete system inspection, and cleaning are provided with every service.

Installations

Careful examination and planning of all new installations will ensure site operators having fully functional equipment year after year. Specifications for installations are to be met without compromise.

Commissioning

After great care is taken to have all equipment installed correctly, it is equally as important to have a factory certified technician commission new equipment. An examination of all components is to be performed, and the system rigorously tested before the equipment is handed off to the end user
